OPEA Island – Age of Hybrid Projects
Das Spiel OPEA Island – Age of hybrid projects ist ein innovatives Projekt der RWE Renewables Europe & Australia GmbH, das als interaktiver Onboarding-Prozess für neue Trainees dient. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, den Teilnehmenden spielerisch die verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche und Strategien zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Wind- und Solarprojekten zu vermitteln. In einem von MitiMiti Productions animierten Video werden die Spielregeln und -mechanismen klar und übersichtlich erklärt, sodass die Teams optimal auf die Herausforderungen vorbereitet sind.
Durch die Kombination aus Spiel, Lernen und Wettbewerb bietet das Projekt eine spannende und praxisnahe Einführung in das Thema erneuerbare Energien und die Geschäftsbereiche von RWE und fördert gleichzeitig Teamarbeit und unternehmerisches Denken.
Our first joint project, „The OPEA Game“, was a complete success! The communication was always goal-oriented and the creative implementation exceeded our expectations by far. We look forward to more projects!
